“Confidence, like art, never comes from having all the answers; it comes from being open to all the questions.”
Author: Earl Gray Stevens
Not much to add to this on-target observation …
Maybe we just need to work toward not being afraid of appearing non-knowledgeable …
When we are more curious about the answer to a question than worried because we do not already know it …
As we learn to ask and listen, rather than tell and convince …
When we finally realize that we cannot know everything, but we can become quite accomplished at asking really good questions …
We may not enjoy a beautiful shower of rainbow colors or untold wealth, but I would bet that we will feel a lot less apprehensive and a lot more relaxed.
Shoot, we might even learn something:)
Trying not to be such a know-it-all in the Heartland ….
