Why did I enjoy reading Help Them Grow or Watch Them Go so much?
I enjoyed reading it because the authors write knowledgeably and in a personal style. While this is definitely NOT one of those academic or high-toned leadership books, it is full of useful and practical advise … starting with how to talk to employees.
How I can share Help Them Grow or Watch Them Go with others?
