Sometimes you just have to look at a picture and lose yourself in being in that picture.

 Watch the clouds move slowly across the sky …

Sense the gentle movement of the water …

Hear the wind blowing softly across the waves …

Feel the splash of the water and the glow of the sun …

Be with the ocean …

Relax …

Breathe slowly and deeply …

Repeat …

Mindfulness involves an element of stress reduction, a good dash of focus, and an unrelenting emphasis on just being in the moment, and not constantly evaluating the moment.
